My favorite hobby is Quarter Horse pedigree research... which also includes American Paint Horses and foundation Thoroughbreds. My avocation is helping where and when I can. Right now, that's not much... Michigan's economy sucks eggs worse than a pack of foxes in a henhouse.

The following is my favorite illustration of what my life is, and has been, like:

Saturday's child works hard for a living,
but the child who was born on the Sabbath Day is bonnie and blythe and good and gay."

A "jack-of-all-trades" but master of none.  A sympathetic ear, a ready shoulder, an open mind... I think some of the people who know me might agree that I am all of these.  A raving paranoic, a manic depressive, an ADDled soul... most people don't know these things, unless they've been talking to former "aliens!"

I add people I find interesting in the various LJs that I frequent, and am not averse to adding those who add me.  My interests listed in no way encompass my true range of 'interests,' however, they will suffice for now.

Added 2/23/07:  I also 'inhabit/lurk around' several fanfiction sites, as well as a couple of Yahoo user groups as 'WiccanMethuselah.'  For any fanfiction writers out there, I am infrequently available to beta if one feels a need for such services... I have this horrible problem with being a stickler for spelling and grammar!!
